We have grown from a small agency that began with a simple Head Start program to an agency that provides services in six counties and beyond. As a member of the Indiana Community Action Association (INCAA), our programs and services help individuals and communities work through economic insecurity by revitalizing neighborhoods and helping individuals and families become more self-sufficient.
